Twice a week, MISHKITA brings the raw agave sap from their land on the foothills of the Volcano Cayambe to our distillery in Yaroqui City.
The sap is naturally concentrated with healthy plant sugars, which are then left to ferment with wild yeast. Once fermented, the sap is double distilled and bottled as Blanco, or left to bathe in French Oak chips for our Reposado.
